The wellbeing of our patients and staff, the people at the heart of our business, remains our utmost priority during the current COVID-19 pandemic. We intend to maintain the outstanding level of service and care we have been providing to patients for many years through these testing times, whilst taking the necessary measures to keep everybody safe. We are available to offer any essential and emergency eye care, however routine appointments including eye exams and contact lens aftercare are temporarily suspended. We will contact you when routine eyecare commences if you are due for an appointment. If you have any urgent concerns about your eyes, if you feel your vision has deteriorated or you have lost or broken your glasses, we would be more than happy to see you now. Please rest assured that all protocols have been in place to ensure that both yours and our safety in both practices. Should you need to re-order contact lenses then please email the relevant practice and we will be able to arrange for your regular contact lenses to be sent to an address of your choice. We urge all our patients to adhere to the latest guidance and to follow the advice with regards to social distancing and self-isolating where appropriate. We kindly ask that if you have been to an affected country or place in the last 14days, or you have had contact with someone that you know has or has Coronavirus, please do not come into the practice.
